With over 20 years of experience, a M.S. and Ph.D. in health sciences, as well as certifications as a Certified Health Education Specialist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, she possesses an impressive arsenal of qualifications. She’s the founder of Fitness in Menopause, a company dedicated to helping women navigate the challenges and rewards of menopause. Dr. Luque teaches at the College of Health and Human Services at Trident University International
