Raspberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients-

  • 1 frozen banana, broken in to pieces
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful of oats
  • 1/3 of an avocado
  • 1 C of almond milk

Method-

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds. Top with coconut, raw buckwheat and extra raspberries.
