Workouts Overview:

In this 35 minute mat Pilates workout I guide you through a full body workout where we focus on connecting and strengthening your legs, core, upper back and arms.

In this 30 minute hand weight workout we focus on full body strength and stability with some standing Pilates barre inspired exercises added for an extra challenge.

In this 25 minute workout we utilise the fitball to work on your lower and upper body strength, balance and control. Don’t have a fitball? Don’t worry, you can modify this workout using a chair and some pillows.

This 30 minute mat Pilates workout helps you to build strength, flexibility and mobility through the hips, glutes, abdominals and shoulders, leaving you feeling stretched and strengthened.

In this 30 minute chair inspired workout we utilise the chair for both strength and release exercises focusing on your leg, glute, lower back and arm strength and stability.

I’ve been a qualified nutritionist and Pilates Instructor for more than 17yrs working with pre and post-natal clients. I’ve also completed numerous further education courses and workshops for working with pre and post-natal women. Having had 2 babies myself I have a deep understanding of the changes you and your body go through during pregnancy and post-partum.

Do I need equipment for these workouts?2021-11-27T11:33:10+11:00

I’ve designed these workouts so you can do them with minimal or no equipment. For the hand weights workout you can substitute the hand weights for filled-up water bottles or cans of soup. For the fitball workout, if you don’t have a fitball you can use a chair and a few pillows, alternatively you can get a fitball super cheap at your local department store for $10-$15. A fitball is fantastic pre and post-natally to help with pelvic floor awareness and hip mobility and they often come in handy during labour too.
