Blueberry-Blackberry Smoothie

This is a great beginner veggie smoothie if you’re new to incorporating veggies in to your smoothies.

Packed full of B-vitamins, magnesium, iron and good fat this is a great start to the morning or easy afternoon snack.

Serves 1


  • 250ml Coconut Water
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1-2 Handfuls of mixed berries
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 2 tsp of our MMH Superfood Blends (I love Immunity Boost)
  • 1 tsp Collagen


Add all the ingredients as listed) to your blender or thermomix, blend and enjoy
