Cacao Bliss Balls

These are super simple to make, healthy and tasty!

The perfect bite-sized treat for when you’re on the run or need an afternoon energy-boost.

They’re also nut-free which can be handy for school-lunches!

Makes 24

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ C desiccated coconut
  • ½ C rolled oats
  • ⅓ C pepitas
  • ¼ C chia seeds
  • ¼ C cacao powder
  • 400g Medjool dates, pitted
  • extra coconut, cacao, chia, pistachio for rolling

Method:

  1. Place the dates, coconut, pepitas, rolled oats, cacao, and chia into the food processor and process until combined.
  2. Roll 1 tbsp of mixture in to a ball and roll in your chosen toppings e.g. cacao, chia to coat.
  3. Repeat with remaining mixture.

Keep in a container in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Layer with baking paper in between to prevent sticking.
