The perfect bite-sized treat for when you’re on the run or need an afternoon energy-boost.
They’re also nut-free which can be handy for school-lunches!

Method:
- Place the dates, coconut, pepitas, rolled oats, cacao, and chia into the food processor and process until combined.
- Roll 1 tbsp of mixture in to a ball and roll in your chosen toppings e.g. cacao, chia to coat.
- Repeat with remaining mixture.
Keep in a container in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Layer with baking paper in between to prevent sticking.
