- 1 large handful of Spinach or kale
- ½ an avocado
- 1 frozen banana (broken in to pieces)
- 1 kiwifruit
- 1 C preferred milk
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 1 tsp MCT Oil
Place all the ingredients in to a blender and blend until your preferred consistency. Pour in to bowl and top with some shredded coconut, nuts and fruit or simply enjoy as a smoothie.
