I wanted to discuss this topic as I feel when it comes to our health in relation to food, a lot of people talk about how much fat and sugar they’re consuming/not consuming and what carbohydrates they’re eating but they don’t necessarily talk about protein.

Protein is so crucial because it’s the building blocks of our muscle, organs, tissues, bones and every cell in our body.
