RASPBERRY MANGO POPS

Raspberry Mango Pops

Simple, fresh and perfect on a hot day, these Raspberry Mango Pops are a refreshing fruit treat.

Made with only a handful of wholesome ingredients, these are popular with just about everyone!

Makes 8

Ingredients:

  • 125g Raspberries
  • 1 Mango, skin removed and chopped
  • 500g Vanilla Yoghurt (can use higher protein brand like YoPro or Chobani)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

Method:

  1. In a blender, place your raspberries, 250g of vanilla yoghurt and the teaspoon of vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth and set aside in a jug. Rinse out your blender.
  2. Chop your mango in to smaller pieces, ensuring to remove and discard the skin. Place your chopped mango and 250g vanilla yoghurt in to the blender and blend until smooh.
  3. Using your ice-cream moulds, pour the raspberry mixture amongst 8 moulds. Top with the mango mixture and place in the freezer for a minimum of 4hrs or until set. Enjoy!

You can change up the fruit if you like replacing the raspberries with another berry.
