Fruit Pops

Want a healthy sweet treat that the kids (and adults) will love? Look no further than these super easy Fruit Pops. The kids will love helping you make them so it’s a perfect activity for a hot day.

Makes 6

Ingredients-

  • 500ml of Coconut water (Watermelon and Mint flavour is a winner!)
  • 1 kiwifruit sliced
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1handful of strawberries sliced
  • 2 passionfruits

Method-

Step 1. Slice the fruit and arrange in your popsicle moulds.

Step 2. Fill the moulds with coconut water.

Step 3. Freeze for a minimum of 3hrs
