Raspberry Beetroot Smoothie Bowl


  • 1/2 a medium size beetroot, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 frozen banana (broken in to pieces)
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful of brown puffed rice
  • 1 handful of oats
  • 3-4 Mint leaves
  • 1 C of preferred milk


Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend. Top with more puffed brown rice, mint, shredded coconut, cocao nibs and frozen raspberries.
