Kristen is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She’s the owner of Pathways to Healing Counseling and is the Close the Chapter Podcast Host. She is EMDR trained, which one of the most effective, researched-based trauma treatment modalities.

She specializes in improving self-worth, helping couples and families resolve conflicts and develop powerful communication skills, making life transitions, grief and loss, reducing anxiety and working through trauma. Most importantly, she instills hope, helps people create possibilities and helps to develop a sense of inner peace.

Prior to entering the counseling field, Kristen was an executive at a Fortune 500 company.
