This is a great beginner veggie smoothie if you’re new to incorporating veggies in to your smoothies.
Packed full of B-vitamins, magnesium, iron and good fat this is a great start to the morning or easy afternoon snack.
- 250ml Coconut Water
- Handful of Spinach
- 1-2 Handfuls of mixed berries
- 1/4 Avocado
- 2 tsp of our MMH Superfood Blends (I love Immunity Boost)
- 1 tsp Collagen
Add all the ingredients as listed) to your blender or thermomix, blend and enjoy
